Juan David Escobar Franco was born in 1969. Mr. Escobar is a Systems Engineer from Universidad EAFIT and has a post-graduate degree in Electronical Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an MBA from the same institution. He also has master on Actuarial Science from Georgia State, and has studied High Management Studies at the Kellogg School of Management, Digital Transformation at University of Virginia, amongst other courses related to project management and direction. Since 2018 he works as CEO of Seguros Sura Colombia, where he has also served as Insurance Vice-president, Actuarial Manager and Director of the Automobile Department.
