Luis Fernando Restrepo Echavarría was born in 1958. Mr. Restrepo holds a bachelor's degree on industrial management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago. He has held several positions in the Marmon Group of Chicago, and was also a part of the Leadership Rotational Program in Chicago at the Rego Company (Production planning and industrial engineering), Hammond Organ Company (accountability) and Marmom Keystone (sales). He began in Crystal S.A.S as International Vice President, then he became an Executive Vice President until 2003, and since 2004 he has acted as CEO.
