Awarded a Bachelor of Business Administration undergraduate degree from Universidad Externado de Colombia and MBA Diploma from Universidad de la Sabana. He served as International manager., Methods and Organization Manager, and Merger General Coordinator, among other positions at Corfinsura S.A. Prior to becoming Finance Vice-President of Bancolombia in 2012, Mr. Acosta served as International Banking Director between 2005 and 2011. Since January 2020, is the CFO of Bancolombia.
